美国ITC发布对图形系统及其组件和包含该系统的数字电视的337部分终裁

2022年9月27日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定图形系统及其组件和包含该系统的数字电视（Certain Graphics Systems, Components Thereof, and Digital Televisions Containing the Same，调查编码：337-TA-1318）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2022年8月30日作出的初裁（No.17）不予复审，即允许美国企业TTE Technology, Inc. of Corona, California成为本案第三人（intervene）。2022年8月4日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布终裁：对本案行政法官于2022年7月14日作出的初裁（No.10）不予复审，即基于申请方撤回，终止对美国注册专利号8,760,454的调查。2022年6月1日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定图形系统及其组件和包含该系统的数字电视（Certain Graphics Systems, Components Thereof, and Digital Televisions Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1318）。2022年5月5日，美国Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. of Santa Clara, CA、加拿大ATI Technologies ULC of Markham, Ontario, Canada向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7,742,053、8,760,454、11,184,628、8,468,547、8,854,381），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。中国广东TCL Industries Holdings Co., Ltd. of Huizhou, Guangdong, China TCL实业控股股份有限公司、中国香港特别行政区TCL Industries Holdings (H.K.)
