3. International exchange & communication
Expand friendly exchange and cooperation with enterprises and
organizations both at home and abroad. Provide member enterprises with
more developing space and seek for more valuable and reliable partners.

4. Information service
Collect, analyze and transfer the latest information of international
trade and economic and technical cooperation to the chamber members,
provide them with relevant statutes, ententes, principles and market
information and establish the reputation and image of the brands of the
products and supply chamber members and enterprises with business,
reform and legal consultation, etc. |

5. Legal assistance
Undertake and investigate trade anti-dumping, anti-monopoly and
countervailing activities, make necessary preparation to sue and defend
the enterprises from harm, assist and coordinate to resolve the economic
disputes between the chamber members and relevant departments,
organizations and economic groups, safeguard the reputation and legal
rights of the trade.
6. Self-discipline
Instruct and supervise the member enterprises to conduct their business
activities in accordance with the law, stipulate the trade norms,
strengthen the self-discipline, coordinate, smooth the relations and
settle the economic disputes among the member enterprises, accept and
solve relevant complaints and safeguard the reputation of the trade and
keep normal business environment of the member enterprises.
7. Business training
Organize and undertake all kinds of professional training suitable for
the members of the chamber, manage and issue relevant certificates
according to departments in charge of the government. Hold the
experience exchange and special academic discussions, standardize
business operation of the personnel of international commercial
documentations, training & test centers for overseas labour market and
sales & marketing personnel for exportation.
