TRAINING COURSES ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND RIGHTS PROTECTION FOR JIANGSU IMPORT AND EXPORT ENTERPRISES

In 2015, together with the Nanjing Customs and Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Office, the Jiangsu Chamber for Import and Export Firms held training courses for members on Intellectual Property Rights Protection.

This initiative was the first of its kind for a government department, jointly organized by an intermediary Chamber of Commerce, extending training to all levels of personnel. Zhang Chunping, Deputy Director of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, along with Deputy Investigator Xiaochun of the Nanjing Customs, successfully taught Intellectual Property Theory. The training included legal case analysis of intellectual property creation and maintenance.
